Every Dive Into Art® lesson focuses on a specific work of art. While an image from a book or on a computer screen may suffice for a small group of students, in order to fully appreciate the work of art, a larger image is recommended for a group of more than a few students.
Students also benefit from viewing the work of art over a period of time. As in a museum, a work of art displayed on a classroom wall allows students to develop familiarity and discover subtle details.
For your convenience, Dive Into Art supplies a complete list of the images necessary for the program along with suggested retailer to facilitate an easy purchase.
The Dive Into Art Handbook and Coordinator’s Guide provides guidelines outlining how to store and preserve art posters.
